Phase 4 – Installation and Testing
The installation and testing phase marks the culmination of OMIG’s design and production process.
The system is dismantled and shipped to the customer’s site to become fully operational. Every step of the disassembly and shipping process is meticulously planned to ensure precision, speed, and maximum efficiency in the subsequent assembly phase at the customer’s site.
Thanks to streamlined logistics and meticulous organization, the OMIG team ensures that the system is seamlessly integrated without disrupting ongoing production activities, adhering to the agreed timelines.
Once assembly is completed, the system undergoes field testing, including:
- Dry Testing: A thorough check of all technical parameters and system performance against initial specifications, along with dry tests to verify correct movements and automation.
- Wet Testing: A full-process simulation using water to ensure no leaks or malfunctions occurred during transportation.
- Safety Testing: The system is put into production with all safety procedures verified.
Final Testing: The system is brought into production, and its performance is measured.

During testing, customer personnel receive training on system operation, maintenance procedures, and safety systems. OMIG provides comprehensive support with detailed instructions to ensure the customer team can independently manage the system.
Even after installation and testing, OMIG remains by the customer’s side. Through a dedicated support service, the team guarantees rapid and effective assistance when needed, monitors system performance, and provides timely interventions to optimize efficiency.
